Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will receive a full refund of the deposit or may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

Patch Test & Consultation Requirement

A patch test and consultation are required at least 48 hours prior to any colour or chemical service. Failure to attend the patch test within this timeframe may result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
